Legal Document Service (Grant Only)
This is a fixed fee service that is a popular option with clients as it includes the peace of mind that the legal paperwork is completed correctly. It includes providing initial advice to the Personal Representatives who would then acquire and provide the information required to enable us to complete the Probate application and associated HMRC form on their behalf. The Personal Representatives would then deal with the ongoing administration of the Estate themselves after Probate was obtained.
Additional advice and services, such as property sales or variations would be available at additional charges on a pay as you go basis.
Advice Only
Following an initial complimentary consultation, if the Personal Representatives wish to undertake the administration in person but require further advice, we will have an initial meeting with you to provide you with some advice on the terms of a Will, who may be entitled if there is no Will (intestacy) and point you in the right direction to allow you to deal with administration personally.
Under this option, we charge purely for the advice given on a time basis depending on exactly how much advice you require, subject to a minimum fee of £100 plus VAT.
