Director and Private Client Solicitor
Emma is a Director and heads up our Private Client team. Qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009, she has spent over 16 years working in the North East and North Yorkshire; advising individuals, families, trustees, business owners and the farming community on how to successfully pass on their wealth.
Emma’s core strength lies in her expertise across estate planning, tax mitigation, asset protection and trust and residential care planning for all walks of life.
Emma consistently works alongside third parties such as financial and pension advisors, bankers and accountants. She believes connecting as a network is key to achieve the best collective outcome for her clients.
Having spent 10 years leading Private Client teams Emma has gained the experience necessary to work collaboratively, truly listen with empathy and understanding to assist clients and colleagues alike reach their long term goals.
