Executors are the people appointed by you to ensure the terms of your Will are carried out and to administer your estate. Executors can be someone receiving gifts under your Will, such as family members. Alternatively, you may wish to appoint our firm to act on your behalf to maintain independence. Please see the Points to Consider for your Will for more guidance.

Please list below any specific financial gifts you would like to make, for example £5000 to X.
If you are leaving a gift to someone and they predecease you, please confirm whether you would like someone else to inherit that gift. If you would like that gift to pass to their children, you can simply write children and you do not need to name each one.
If you do not specify a substitute, the gift will not take effect and the sum fall into the residual estate below.
For any children under 18, please use the Age box to confirm whether you are happy for them to inherit when they turn 18 or a higher age, for example 21 or 25.
We will automatically include in your Will a clause so that you can write a separate list of personal items (such as ornaments and belongings) for specific people to be kept with the Will and for your Executors to follow. The below should be used for more high value items or vehicles.
Please list below any Property, Land or specific high value gifts you would like to make, for example jewellery.
Any item or amount not specifically left above will form part of your residual estate.
It is usual to make provision for this to pass either entirely to one person, or to be divided into shares.
Shares can either be equal or unequal.
If you do not name a substitute, that share would just be added on the proportionate basis to every other beneficiary automatically. You can just leave the substitute section blank if you are happy with this.
