Nicola joined the firm in 2020, after qualifying as a solicitor in 2017 with a well known regional firm, and alongside being a solicitor is also a accredited mediator. Nicola is keen to help clients resolve disputes amicably where possible for the benefit of her clients.

Nicola advises individuals on divorce and the financial consequences of marriage and civil partnership breakdown and has experience in separations involving business owners, farming families and members of the Armed Forces.
Nicola is able to bring her experience as a mediator to help families try to resolve issues and find a solution which works best for them, having regard to the welfare of any children, alongside the financial separation of parties.
NOTABLE RECENT CASES
Nicola has recently:
- Assisted a HNW client in a separation involving a professional business where the divorcing parties were the joint owners and included investments and SIPPs alongside the business.
- Acted on behalf of a farm business owner who was separating where the farm holding was the major asset in the marriage and had been held by the client’s family for a number of generations.
- Provided advice on a HNW divorce, including assets and pensions exceeding £1m, where the husband had remained at home to raise the children in support of his wife’s career. .
