- Estate administration involving both deceased parents and a child to enable toe sale of a property and resolve all three estates simultaneously.
- Advise on the implications of placing a residential property into a family trust arrangement.
- Administer an estate involving a Nil Rate Band trust and advising on the merits of retaining or altering the trust structure.
- Will writing involving protecting respective shares in a property for a couple with children from previous marriages.
