Courtney is a solicitor in our Wills, Trusts & Probate team having joined the firm as a paralegal in 2022 before completing her period of recognized training with the firm to qualify as a solicitor in April 2024.

NOTABLE RECENT CASES

Courtney has recently been involved in:

  • Obtaining probate to an estate with an incorrectly signed Will.
  • Advising and writing Wills for clients approaching retirement that involved changing the ownership of the family home to tenants in common and including trusts over the respective shares in the property for asset safeguarding.
  • Assisting on an estate involving deceased siblings who co owned a property, including extracting a grant of letters of administration for both sibling who died a number of years ago, to enable the sale of a property.
  • Assisting an Australian client to obtain a England & Wales Grant for the the Australian deceased’s assets in the UK.
