Courtney is a solicitor in our Private Client team having joined the firm as a paralegal in 2022 before commencing and completing her Period of Recognized Training with the firm to qualify as a solicitor.

NOTABLE RECENT CASES
Courtney has recently been involved in:
- Advising and writing Wills for clients approaching retirement that involved changing the ownership of the family home to tenants in common and including trusts over the respective shares in the property for asset safeguarding.
- Assisting on an estate involving deceased siblings who co owned a property, including extracting a grant of Letters of Administration for the sibling who died a number of years ago, to enable the sale of a property.
