The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced Solicitor or Associate to join our Private Family Law team within our highly regarded Family law department.
As an experienced Family solicitor, you will become an integral part of a successful Family team, handling a diverse caseload of private family matters including divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, children issues, separation agreements and civil partnerships. You will gain excellent exposure to a varied caseload and in one of the few firms in the region to offer mediation services.
The successful candidate will have or be working towards family panel membership or resolution accreditation and be willing to take part in business development.
The role is predominantly to be based at our Darlington office, although flexible working and/or being based at Northallerton could be available if geographically preferential for the successful applicant.
Ideally applicants will have a minimum of 2 yrs post qualification experience to be able to handle a caseload on arrival, although candidates with lesser experience may still apply and be successful.
